Returns

Return Policy
 


No returns will be accepted without an RA number. All returns must be postage paid; all shipping charges are not refundable. All return orders must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing. Returns will not be accepted if the parts packaging is used as a shipping container or if any shipping labels are attached to original part(s) packaging, or if original parts seal or packaging has been opened, broken, or damaged for any reason. All RA numbers are e-mailed in 2-3 business days of request, with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions. All returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving an RA number or the return will not be processed. Engine Parts Only is not responsible for the return shipment, storage, or compensation of any parts that are returned and fail to comply with the return policy, are damaged, or any parts returned that were not purchased from Engine Parts Only.

Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur very rarely. If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect parts do NOT accept the package; have the shipper immediately return it to the sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package, a package missing parts, or a package containing incorrect parts in your absence, you must immediately contact Engine Parts Only within 5 business days of receiving your package so that we may correct any issues in a timely manner. It is the purchasers responsibility to contact Engine Parts Only immediately within 5 business days if you receive missing, damaged, or incorrect parts so that we can attempt to fix any issues in a timely manner. Missing, damaged, or incorrect parts are non-returnable after 30 days, regardless of the party at fault. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all claims for such must be worked out with the shipping company.

You may return any core or wrong part(s) to Engine Parts Only within 30 days from your date of order. No returns will be accepted if the 30 calendar days have elapsed. All parts to be returned must be in their original condition and all packaging must be in original condition without writing or shipping labels, and parts cannot be disassembled or damaged in any way. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are also not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts.

Parts Not Returnable: Service manuals, Special-order Products,  Electrical parts, and Auto Body Parts cannot be returned for any reason. Gaskets or Seals are not returnable if unsealed for any reason. Any part labeled as not returnable if opened (such as but not limited to some timing kits, freeze plugs, seal kits, etc.), will not be returned if the seal or packaging has been opened, broken, or damaged for any reason.

All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns.

Refunds

Refunds for returns or cores normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once we receive the core or part, your return is reviewed for processing. If the return processes has been followed and your return passes review we will then forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will make a final approve decision regarding your return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please e-mail us at service@enginepartsonly.com.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that that risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport.

Cancellation

All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately upon confirmation of the order. Therefore, there is a very short time for order cancellations. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so BEFORE you receive the "Invoice - Payment" e-mail. No orders can be canceled after the payment has been confirmed, as the order will be immediately processed for shipment. All orders placed from Friday 5PM EST to Monday 9AM EST cannot be canceled, as these are processed over the weekend for shipment.
